Our charming bridal cottage is the perfect setting for the ladies of the bridal party to spend those final moments relaxing and making memories as they prepare for the walk down the aisle.
Conveniently nestled in the woods between the main wedding venue.
This quaint yet spacious cottage features a dressing area, 2 bathrooms, kitchenette, and a living space that hosts a floor to ceiling wooded view that is an enchanting backdrop for pre-wedding photos.

Groom's Lounge
Groom and groomsmen can enjoy the final pre-nuptial moments as they prepare in the comfort of our spacious, brightly lit Groom’s lounge. Located within the main venue on the lower level itself, this lounge provides plenty of seating for relaxing and celebrating away any last-minute jitters.

Two Day Rental - A Sweet Perk Of Choosing A Friday
You have the option to add Thursday from 3:00 - 9:00 pm to your Friday rental for a $1,000 Thursday rental fee.
Decorate, rehearse, & have your rehearsal dinner onsite. If you add Thursday to a Friday rental you’re getting two days for less then Saturday. Great Investment!

A Few More Helpful Things To Know…
— No Hidden Fees
3 Fat Labs has no hidden fees. Bar Packages, Day of Event Insurance, Popcorn machine rental, White Resin chairs & Portable outdoor propane heaters are the only things we offer in addition to our rental fee for an additional cost.
— Bar Package Options
Bar packages start at $15.00 per person and include setup, bartenders for 4 hours, with option to add additional hour (bartenders are $50.00 per hour each for additional hours). The option to switch to a cash bar or add per person price for an additional hour.
— Additional Rentals Available
Day of Event Insurance Required: Approximate cost $250.00
Popcorn Machine Rental $125.00 included staff member and supplies.
White Resin Chairs for outdoor ceramony area are $2.00 each.
4 Propane heaters $65.00 each. Early Spring and late fall
Please Note
We require a $1m event insurance policy with 3 Fat Labs Inc. Along with Tanya & William Mentgen The owners listed as the additional insured. Approximate cost - approx. $250.
Indiana charges a 7% sales tax in addition to the venue rental.
Pricing subject to change at any time. Your contract rate and terms will be based on the date the contract is written, not the date of the tour. (Sometimes couples tour weeks or months before they book, or before we open a future year calendar for booking. If there has been a change in rate, the contracted investment/terms will be based on the date we wrote the contract, not the date of the tour.)
